just ripped out the old tiles and coved the room most of the skim coat has come off with the old tile. i bought some mapei plaster primer to prime all the walls first is the bonding coat ok to tile over though ? i was going to level up the walls first with rapid set .

the fans i purchased thinking they where ip44 are actually ip 34 fans are they still safe to use this diagram seem to conflict to what has been said regarding zone 2 above a shower bath on the ceiling

good point i would prefer just the lamp holders as i have lots of gu10 led bulbs not having much luck finding lights suitable for a 72mm drop maybe just do the ceiling and place a multi light unit up there

well i wanted to fit the 3 pole switches to keep the installation up to legal standards. maybe two of these would be best keeps the wiring down and the fan will always come on whether the light is switched on or not when having a shower...
