Yes, the house is nearly 600 sq metre floor area (some existing build and some new build) also the hot water allowance is about 10kW due to six separate bathrooms!)

An 8000sq.ft existing house! What is the rule of thumb for the uplift a thermal store can provide i.e. % of additional kW?

Could someone please explain whether installing a buffer/thermal store after the boiler would provide a higher heat output. For instance, if I need 45kW (peak load), would I get away with installing a 25-30kW boiler? Thanks
