Therefore the main meter will need to be upgraded to a U16 to cater for the additional gas...

Just a question for you pro’s. Can you separately sub-meter a gas supply after the main meter. The supply would be branching off to serve a dedicated boiler/hob in an annexe extension built onto the side of an existing house. Many thanks.

Are you sure you are allowed to install a non-condensing boiler under current building regs? The reason you can't find any 'non-condensing' boiler on the internet by a reputable manufacturer is that under current building regs Part L.... you cannot install them.... hence the reason they have...

Yes, for hairdryer etc. the table will be 3.75 m away so 240V source should be fine. The kit is a good idea though
