Forgive my ignorance---why not? EDIT!!! - i have seen that the connection of the smaller pipe goes uphill!!! can i do that but in reverse - obviously! I mean is that the type of connection i need - only done correctly?

i ended up using a mixture of multi tool behind the stud to cut off the screw and brute force! it worked in the end, thanks for your suggestions :)

i have my 110mm SVP in the corner of the bathroom, i am looking at putting a 110mm drainage pipe along the floor to my toilet, further along that wall is my basin. Can i connect my basin waste (40mm) into the end of the w.c. waste (110mm) - if so, how??? i hope you can visualise my situation...

I am re-furbing and there is a timber stud full height with screws into party wall (brick) i cannot get the screws to move even slightly using an impact driver or a combi drill or my own delicate hand with screwdriver - any ideas how to get this shifted? thanks in advance Ed

what are ridiculous? the 's-connectors'? the shower came with them and i am not experienced enough to know i could have ditched them and use a different connection!!! maybe next time!!! haha, thanks again

I have a 'twisto' 90mm waste with a black rubber ring to go around the waste and beneath the tray, there is then a white collar to go above the tray with 2 screws to hold them together. My question is....is the a completely dry fitting or should i put plumbers mait between black and underside...

hi everyone, just getting the water supply in for new shower position. do i need the pipe inserts for JG pushfit connections? someone said about them to me today but it doesn't suggest you do need them on the packaging of the elbows i have? thanks, i guess this will be a quick and easy...
