As the title says. Is this ok to put straight on to fill any niks, scrapes and generally smooth out or will the silk need a light sand first ? Wall has been skimmed over artex and being kids bedroom has took a few knocks etc. Looking to fill and repaint to get a nice finish.

Where you get £985 from? More like £777 2 seperate make and specification so can not compare the two like for like. I want 2 side panels/ windows also and cheapest quote so far is £1360 These are quoting £1297. So hard to measure myself with the extra frames etc

Thanks. Recently found it is just siliconed on. At first I wasnt sure it was actually inserted beneath the lintel. As you say, its the lintel and all houses in the road are like this. Maybe its the photos buy im sure it does overhang the window. Its at least a thumb thickness as you can see...
