So we got our Rayburn RD80 serviced 10 days - all good. Gravity fed system with gas Raburn But today it has failed to start from cold - the pipes bang and crash and eventually the boiler goes out I have checked 1/ pump working and active 2/ T switch on manual 3/ header tank full 4/ radiators...
