    Basically why doesn't the rad heat up when the outlet is fully open and the inlet is hot. The temp of the rad max is 38 degr c it should be about 50 c like the others So my question is what is causing the rad not to get hot?

    hi matt You are so right - its got a 13A fuse in it !! Weird that the HW program works fine - but remembering when it went bang only the CH would have be ON - so it may just have fired that circuit.
