I would say yes it tilting slighty to the boiler! hard to tell but if i look at the horizontal bit outside it looks like it tilting down towards the boiler, theres no gutter as this is on the side of the house

Supose only one way to find out is replace the non return valve! with this valve having a problem then maybe once ive sorted it i should leave the filling loop in just incase a new one was to fail?
