Just spot another issue while open the window The plastic bit which hold the screw of the bottom of the window had broken. Is this just a standard rail? Can I just get the broken plastic parts to change it? Thanks

I have a garage door which installed in 2022 but costco refuse to repair it under warranty. I open up and check and found out that the plastic hinge which link with the door is broken. I wonder if this can be replace easily. Attached the photo of the plastic hinge, make is birkdale.

Thanks, now I understand why no one want to take on this job. Looks like it’s not a job I can do it myself. Might have to get a new door and get somone to fit it unless someone will take on this challenge. Looks like lesson learn from here ‍=.=‘

Also is it really a hard to do it myself? I have asked and loads of people just ask me to get a new door. I personally think they just want to sell me the door and I can’t return the door myself now so I would better just fit that one.
