You can get hot water but not same force as in downstair sink and upstairs. The force is also slower on instant hot water (boiling).

Yes. Kitchen sink mixer tap has not enough pressure in hot or cold. There is 100*c water heater by Frankie but this also has not much water coming through it. Pressure in down stair basin & toilet flush is fine. There is no problem in bathroom sink,shower & toilet flushes fine. Please help.

She forgot to switch off alarm when she came in the house. Informa started dailing the numbers and after resetting alarm, the dialler remains contacted the to telephone it will not allow to dail outside numbers unless disconnected from the line.

Hi it is Vailant Eco Tec Pro. Will this be same fitting as the inflow has a black lever and think it broke as it was pulled instead of pushing to increase water level? or shall I put a ball valve fitting of 15mm to simplify the problem. Once again many thanks for your help.
