    Salamander pumps

It is only a 30Si and that combi is only best for one hot tap at a time. If more than 1 hot tap is open at a time it is really poor. Looked at chaging the combi to something a lot bigger, and probably will do in about 12 months time, but looking at something for the time being.

    Smart Sockets

yep those are the ones! I thought they worked off the cloud instead of a local hub. and at £70 a pop for a 2G socket, it will be just short of £3k for just the sockets! Ouch! But they are neat and as you say like the way the rocker moves! They need to make the selection a bit wider though...

    Extending wifi coverage

I don't like to use the repeaters because they half your bandwidth everytime you use them. So if you are supposed to get , for example, 50m at your routers WiFi, then plugging an extender will make this half ( so 25m from where you connect to the repeater). and then so on. But if you get an...

    Combi Boiler or Conventional?

Good news: The guys have now installed a new tap on the outside and checked pressure and it is only 7lt per minute. So they need to get another team now in to dig up the pavement to the mains and lay a new feed to get my 22lt per minute. I know there is a length of lead pipe from the outside to...
