I have a push fit stop end on the end of an old rad intake (the rad is no longer there). Is there any way to repair this without having to drain the entire system? Maybe some plumber's mait, or does this need the surface to be dry?

I have a Promax HE plus combi boiler. I know how to remove a radiator for decorating (drain system, etc). However if I want to remove it permanently, can I just cap off the feed and return valves, or do I need to connect them to maintain a loop? Thanks

No, it's not a false ceiling. It's an extension on an old part of the building, so maybe that's it? Alternatively, I am told this could be the result of a previous water tank being in the roof?

It's difficult to see, we're a 5th floor flat so I can't easily get outside. This is a load bearing external wall, with the roof above it. When you say it's quite serious, does that mean the wall could fall down or just that the crack could spread?

I have a crack on an internal wall. I took the plaster off, and it looks like the crack goes into the brick. How should I repair this? "Deep gap" filler or brick mortar? Thanks

I have recently replaced a single pendant light on a 10amp circuit to 5 x 6W LED lights with a 77W extractor fan, all wired via the same pull switch. At first everything worked fine, however intermittently either one or all of the lights refuses to switch on, or the entire loop stops working...
