    That battery is designed to fit in a bellbox to provide the SAB function…It’s only 8.4 v where as your alarm back up battery is 13.8 v I would remove that battery and check the control panel is giving out 13.8 v ….it may have damaged the panel There is only one battery in the control panel...

    It’s in engineer diagnostic….you can view WiFi strength….has the WiFi jumped channels above 11 …I think the enforcer only supports up to channel 11 …but I could be wrong …

    You have put the link wire in engineer hold off …not the other ….T….move the yellow wire up one in the bell box …
