does anybody know about pipe relining?

I know that's what im thinking, I can see where it joins and its only about 250mm down so I can get my hand on it, I could clean the joint out and make it up with something but what do I use?? cant think of anything that would be good enough

I no the majority of builders use cavity wall closers, but when I build my single storey garden office with a 100mm cavity with flat roof, so I use cavity closers to close the top of the cavity wall??? Also, would like to have a look at some pictures of flat roof installations of timber so...
