closing a cavity wall question

I no the majority of builders use cavity wall closers, but when I build my single storey garden office with a 100mm cavity with flat roof, so I use cavity closers to close the top of the cavity wall???

Also, would like to have a look at some pictures of flat roof installations of timber so that I can do it myself to save money. I have been looking at cold roof and warm roof installtions and cant decide which is going to be best for me, I quite like the idea of having the insulation between the joists but not sure where I would put my air vents for flow of air

Use a full fill insulation and you won't need to close them.

I have got full fill insulation, do I still need to use cavity closers around doors and windows, and what about the wall plate, do I still install a wall plate for flat roof beams?

You can use closers round the frames and wall plates.

For your roof, use a warm roof - saves messing about with vents.

Not essential no, though we do use a wall plate as it makes other things simpler like holding down straps etc.
