Yeah I tried that but edges are angled / beveled so you cant get a grip. Only other thing I can think of is stick some nose pliers in the holes and try turning it but as I said I dont want to damage it :|

Hi Does anybody know if there is a way to fit an aerator/restrictor to provide a smoother flow on one of these taps. I cant seem to get the black flow thing off the end of the tap, however dont want to try too hard just in case I break and make things worse. Thanks

I have contacted Technical Support and they have said this boiler does not have volt free connections. Can anyone verify this as the installation manual says a CM67 unit can be installed on this boiler, I thought the CM67 was a volt free device or am I wrong. Cheers
