    Railway sleepers as Garden steps

There are steps made from old sleepers where I work - probably the Creosote/oil in them - but they get very slippery when wet and we put chicken wire on them for grip. Might not be a problem with new sleepers ?

    ZANUSSI ZDC47100W Door reversal

All done - door interlock is on the side, relatively simple to do if you take care and if you try it yourself remember to refix the wiring into its clips and refix the altered wiring so it cant get near the rotating drum. Thanks guys

    ZANUSSI ZDC47100W Door reversal

Thanks guys, sounds like I shall give it a go then, I've changed a couple of washing machine door seals and motors over the years so as long as I dont rush into it and be methodical I should be ok. Will take a good look before I start taking things apart though !

    ZANUSSI ZDC47100W Door reversal

I have a Zanussi ZDC 47100W condenser dryer, but the door is hung on the wrong side for its position making it awkward to use properly. The manual says a Zanussi technician should be used to reverse the door. Is this because you have to change anything inside the appliance, or is it...

    Blower/Vac's

Do blower vacs all have a mulching blade ? I am on the lookout for one (2 stroke) that is more like a vacuum cleaner - just sucks up stuff without trying to chop it up too. Reason - not collecting garden rubbish but collecting paper / debris after pro firework displays and this can involve...

Switch connection for 2 x lights one switch

Of course it does, but I didn't ask what a switch does, I asked whether the 2 gang faceplate I had was suitable as I had no info on it, and then asked how best to wire it for what I wanted to do. None of the diagrams in the WIki as far as I could see showed me the wiring configuration Steve...

Switch connection for 2 x lights one switch

Yes I know WHAT a switch does, but your link tells me nothing about my 2 gang switch and how it should be wired for what I wanted it to do. Maybe you could have explained it instead ? It's ok Steve - I've grown used to seeing BAS's replies over time - I'm surprised he left it until now to...
