No noticeable pressure change at all in any cold/hot outlets.

I do have a dual button that presses down and the underlying movement with rods is all clear. I suspect something in the flush valve is not moving freely. To stop the water, all I do is press one of the dual buttons gently and I can hear something pop, and water stops flowing in the pan.

I do not have any NRCs on any mixer or shower valves. Besides, the pump is also coming on when cistern (that has a cold connection only) is flushed. There seems to be a NRC valve on the outlet leg of pump, do you think that might have something to do here?

Sorry there is no cable or breakage of any type. Its a push button type, so can't have cable anyway. It sounds like a sticking valve or a restriction that is disallowing its free movement back to close position.

Recharged the vessel. It seemed flat when connected to mains powered tyre-inflator. Now pressurised to ~1bar. Alas, its worse now. The pump is coming on while opening a tap too. Previously, it was only when tap was closed.
