I have read on this forum the fors and against for plastic and push on fittings but I wonder is there going to be any problems when inhibitor and cleansers and power flushing are introduced to a system that is plastic or part plastic and copper.

My combi is a worcester 28i,all rads have trv's.On the casing of the trv there is a arrow pointing towards the rad and a arrow pointing in the opposite direction,ie towards the pipe that goes back to the boiler,.Does this mean that the trv's will work in both directions?.Also when the c/heating...

I want to add a rad to my c/heating system which is a worcester 28i combi.Would it be okay to put isolating valves in the new pipe run to save me draining off ,because due to ongoing work i am having done the new rad will have to moved again shortly. regards

I hit a brick in the road the other night,dented the wheel rim but tyre looks ok,only fitted last week.Would a visible check inside and out of the tyre show up any defects .
