    Can anyone please shed some light on the following? When my cameras are set to day n night auto my sub menu has anti-sat, AGC-margin, AGC-threshold settings but I'm not sure how each differs.

    My cctv cameras are connected to a recorder which is connected to my tv via hdmi for viewing. The tv is a 47" lcd so I expect a little image loss when viewing the footage in full screen but I don't understand why snap shots and playback taken off the recorder to memory stick and viewed back on...

    Poor on the TV using dvr too. I have it connected via hdmi to 47" lcd TV and thought it was down to the screen size.Snap shots and play back poor from dvr, live is marginally better. Anything still is very clear, reg plates etc but movement day and night is not good.

    One thing I will say when viewed through the app on my phone or Ipad image looks better but if I upload from dvr to memory stick playback on pc is poor? Facial recognition would be difficult?
