    I would hate for you to forget to turn the fan on and bounce your shower :) if you are hiring a core bit do two holes they are simple enough saves any future moisture problems. as for the plug top its not the ideal way to do it but if you fuse it down at the plug i see no real problems

    IMOP and i am just a puter techie 2 i would put separate holes for each item unless the extractor for the bathroom has non return vents or you may find your shower smells like bounce :) If it were me and its brick i would go for the core bit, its easy when you get it going!!!

    I missed this one. How does the ice maker work? we used to use a cleaner when i worked on the fridges i think it came from the states i was a bit like beer line cleaner but you had to run it through the system then drain it off fill with water and let it do about 1 1/2 hours of ice production...

    the stop cock could be anywhere you need to hunt it down, most houses have them under the sink but at my house i am yet to locate it so i have to turn the water off outside at the water meter.

    One thing i was warned of when i did it was to make sure there was a gap between the house and the deck as the DPC more than likely does come that high but that is just what i was told.

    I think if you PVA it the adhesive sticks to the PVA and not the sub floor thus it can then come unstuck very easily meaning your tiles will be poping off all the time with movement

    I have used the unibond one with good results, but if its never cleaned down once its stained thats it IMO, strip it out and do it again. But i am only a DIY'er/landlord :) so i may be way off. If the room is moist this is not helping either so is there any way to extract the moisture?
