    would have to sort it cash anyway as iv not been drivng that long and my insurance comes with a £3000 exess so id still have to pay, so unless he pays through his insurance then its cash. just shocked when he came with the £1200 price for a cheap car with cheap parts.

    Wonder if anyone can help with this issue, we curently have a 35+ year old 6ft t12 Thorn flourecent light with high frequency srs ballast, lately when switching it on it wont work, then if we turn off and on again it comes on right away no problems, Could this be the capacitor on its way out...
