Thank you very much for your help, much appreciated - I feel that I've had quite a productive day in a DIY way :D

Had a little Google, and have turned the valves (1/2 turn) anti-clockwise, opened up all the radiators and so far so good :)

Ak ok, well I have closed all the downstairs radiators, well turned them to 0, also turned thermostat up to 25 ish, put the bedrooms on full, have just been up there and the pipe is pretty hot also bottom half (1/4 way up) pretty hot also. It just doesn't seem to be reaching to top. The...

Thanks for your reply. I have read the FAQ's: Move the thermometers to the next radiator away from the boiler. Thermometers? Well I know what a Thermometer is but, are there special ones for radiators?

Thanks :) I was hoping NOT to have to take it down again, mainly because the last wall plug made a pretty big hole in the ceiling when I took it out :evil:

That dreaded engine management light... fault code P0441, anyone have any ideas what this could be? Thanks :)

I installed a pull switch today in the bathroom, it also works the extractor fan. All was running well until a few minutes ago, the light came on, then went off, whilst the fan continued to work. Then the light came back on and flickered a little. Would this be a lose wire connection? Thanks :)
