Thanks again, I’ve updated the account password in the PC+ and HC2 app and tried with new password, still not connecting. On Pyronix cloud I have deleted all outdated users, so now only one PC+ and one HC2 enabled…

Self install back in 2016 purchased from MAP security… apart from my other posts over the years it’s been pretty stable… could attempt a reboot but fear getting to the battery without triggering it! Any other thoughts? Thanks again

So its iphone… Downloaded HC2 to try, displays on Pyronix Cloud with permissions etc but when I try to enter credentials in HC2 it says panel not connected to cloud, I’ve double checked all info in SSID and it is correct? Thanks

Nothing, no notifications for any function, arm, disarm, alarm triggered… I’ve also checked SSID, router name/password etc and all looks fine ☹️

Evening... Had a self install system for a number of years and for some reason the indoor cube camera has stopped playing ball. When I try to live view the camera via the pro control app it will climb to 90% ish and say; Network is unstable. Connecting again... Camera doesn’t seem to trigger...

No it’s the digi-WiFi communicator, I will take a look at the video but the camera still alerts me so I guess WiFi connection ok, it’s the arm/disarm and any alarms that the app is not receiving, thanks again.

Sorry handymanjo, mine doesn’t follow that sequence in engineer mode, it’s a 2016 model, software Rev vo2.20a 0002978benforapp. App status on this unit said basic network and not polling cloud.
