    How do I change this bulb?

    Hold the White part of the fitting , the Chrome part should unscrew anti clockwise or some just pull away from the Body of the fitting , they have 2 spring type parts that grip the inside of the man body , though I’ve not seen them for a good while . Let us know how things work out Phil

    I bought a House to Refurb , there was an old Sectional Garage smaller than yours and in worse condition, I put an ad on E Bay to sell it for a penny , buyer to dismantle / remove etc and leave the Site tidy , I had 3 Guys after it , one came and took it down over the Xmas break & carted it away...

    South Manchester Single storey kitchen extension 3.3m wide x 3.0m deep with pitched Roof / Velux / a bare Extension ie no Windows (2) French Doors , wiring or plumbing but everything else inc drains £14.8k new Roof on 2 bed semi £3k

    This stuff will stick it , just been using it on 7” Skirtings , it doesn’t expand as much as normal expanding Foam , but it’s VERY good stuff available from S*fix

    Don’t think you could remove it safely , option 2 is to batten out or dot & dab above it then install Plasterboard above it / over its edge & skim .

    Shower extractor light replaced but not working - best next steps?

    If it’s not the Transformer , it’ll be the Lampholder , these tend to corrode when in a Bathroom environment, you may get lucky and be able to pull the Unit down from the Ceiling to access the Transformer etc.

    How to cover this concrete slab?

    As above strip of Plasterboard , but I’d go with Plasterboard Adhesive propped you from below , leave overnight finish the next day NB - the Plasterboard will need supporting especially if you use Foam or it’ll push down . Phil

    Replacing existing electric shower

    Dependant on Cable length from Consumer Unit , wether run surface or in Insulation etc etc , Circuit Breaker size your existing Cable looks like 6.0mm T&E ( solid cpc) , you could stretch to maybe a 9.5kw Shower , but that would need a 40amp Breaker, though a 9.5kw shower pulls just over 41amps...
