    EcoFlam Oil Fired Boiler, Buzzing?

Good idea! Do you mean I should remove the oil pump from the motor completely? Doesn't look too difficult, it's a Danfoss pump, it's got 4 bolts on it that I can see. ...and the other question I have is there is a bit of a fuel smell coming from inside the furnace casing, where the blast...

    EcoFlam Oil Fired Boiler, Buzzing?

Hi All I'm no boiler engineer but I am mechanically and electronically minded so I'm hoping you can help me troubleshoot the problem as I have had an 'engineer' come out to look at it and he pointed to the fire stop valve being the problem which I am confident it is not!... Red lockout...

    Mira Shower Flow/Pressure Issue

Thanks for the advice Seco, only thing that baffles me is why the pressure gradually reduces? It's at full pressure/flow when you first switch it on but then it slowly wittles down to a very weak shower.... would scale/debris do that because I can't visualise it :? I could understand it might...

Thanks buddy :D I'm nearly done on the bottom half, taking my time to make sure all is well before I speed things up a bit! When it comes to a corner, where the two walls meet, am I going to run a silicon bead from top to bottom of the wall over the tile? ...or grout it in? I'm...

    Tiling tips and advice please!

Thanks - my only worry with that is if the mosaics are out (i.e. not level) even slightly the tiles sat on top will be too won't they? Guess I'll just have to take my level and ensure each run is level. Is that the best way to do it would you say?
