It’s just been calibrated but the sensor has failed. I was just going to swap it out with a new one which I presume is set to a standard and then check it against another unit in calibration

where do you all get your replacement sensors from?, need an o2 for my 330-1 LL...cheap

Bungs stem...always bung. Have a spare new isolation valve and a rubble bag on hand just in case of the worst. 9/10 fail to hold. I used to work with a guy who snatched every pump head in a rubble bag...especially stores

dont really do a lot of this type of work. The tap is leaking pretty bad, guessing just removing the bell shaped cover will expose the tap and then hopefully file flat and replace the washer?

Well it’s an ecotec so it’s definitely had water leaking inside. I would have thought the connector would be clear of it but the problem only seems to have come up since the last guy replaced rhe diverter so maybe he drenched it!

No it wasn’t getting a signal, that’s why I’m stumped. I used 2 brand new flow sensors and then a new pcb. It fires up but only for the preheat

anyone help me out on this, tried 3x flow sensors and one pcb. Wiring plug looks ok and I don’t think this one has a hot water temp sensor. Doesn’t recognise demand at all

I don’t mind them but lived within a stones throw of the factories most of my life and working this area rarely see anything else. Hugely overpriced though.

Always a good idea to get the front cover off a vaillant to see where it’s leaking from today.

If I have one on the van and can do it within an hour then I’d just charge retail on the part in addition to service
