nige, your reply does not make sense, perhaps you would enlarge, for instance a cold water storage tank is not the same as a cylinder. Still puzzled.

Given the metal back box has been fixed out of level is there any way to level up the front plate? Do any devices exist that will allow alittle adjustment?
