i dont agree, if you are lazy and leave it on the front seat of your car, or keep leaving it on tables in pubs etc you are not taking reasonable care of their product and cant expect them to replace it, however there must be times when it is genuinely lost, from a hole in a bag or jacket pocket...

looking at the access i would be looking at chopping the 6" and dropping down to 4" with a short cutting and a new bend, cutting the 4" after the bend is just a wee bit close to the wall "just in case", ok cutting and reducing from the 6" will cost a bit more but the safety cushion of working...

the last pic has the drain valve in it, use a bit of hose into a bucket or tub and drain off as much water as possible, once open and drained, drill some 6mm holes in the boiler to stop any pressure building up from the heat, any risidual water will soon heat up and burn off

im putting a plasma tv in our new extention, and getting sky+ box fitted, the sky box has a scart connection and the new telly only has one scart point, im also putting in a dvd player which can be connected by hdmi, is it better to connect skybox to tv with the scart and dvd to the tv with hdmi...

b2 unless the machine is only used once every 3 yrs i cant see how the water is stagnent and causing a smell, our washing machine is on 2-3 times every day, and probably only off while the door is open to get one load out and another in haha
