    How deep Gas pipe in concrete floor?

    I thought he said 100mm and my bulider mate thought as deep as the screed ie:50mm thats why i asked ,i managed to cut a bit more so its 60-75mm .i've got some Metal box conduit would that class as protection for the pipe if the depths not enough? I'll find out thursday thanks nyck

    Is there a joint compound for Central heating????

    I replaced a rad and new valves but i get a very very slight drip from where the valve srews into the rad.I added some more PTFE tape but the leak is still there not so bad thought. My question is instead of tape is a compound/paste that i can use on Central heating . thank nyck

    The grey pipe is 15mm .my 22mm pipes are copper. The plumber called it something Zinc ,Im sure he said copper got expensive so they used this stuff for a while
