    Thanks! Yes thats the correct model. It is just the loft above, ive not been in there myself to be honest but it's not boarded yet so shouldn't be any issues up there I dont kniw about the duct or insulation though

    Just to update. It was actually something simple, I needed to press the button on the hive panel as that was on standby which I didn't realise. I found the thermostat too, and all seems working fine now again Thanks again for the advice Mark
