Thanks for that. The appliances are supplied in plastic off of a copper run. Where the pipes enter the bathroom appliances they are fed in copper but no more than 1m of pipe on hot and cold feeds. So only the toilet and rad are supplied fully in copper. so do i just bond these and does this...

Understand what your saying. But cant i just isolate boiler,close all valves on the other rads,drain system down and take the rad off and install smaller rad with extra pipework. Then fill system back up to 1 bar with filling loop and make sure all rads are balanced
