    Hormann up and over garage door trouble

    The door sags down on the left from outside. the grub screws on the spindle needed tightening but i can't get enough tension in the cable by hand. Any advice on how to do tnat? I have taken enough slack out the cable so it doesn't jump but it still sags. Thanks for any advice.

    Intermittent Rattling from engine..

    Nissan Micra 54 plate has a tinny engine rattles intermittently for 2 seconds then stops then repeats steadily. This only happens when the engine has warmed up so could it be coolant related? I have checke for any loose covers etc. any thoughts?

    yea mate, it's got a slight embossed pattern to it, so near to zero chance getting another one. I wasn't sure if the epoxy glue would yellow in time?

    I have looked at various repair methods without removing the tile. One method being to use epoxy resin to seal up the crack to stop water ingress. Anyone tried doing that? As i don't have a replacement.. Btw it's a white wall tile in bathroom

    I have a large fence which creosote every 2 years. i'm getting older and need something that lasts longer. could I spray the fence with something like aquaseal or would the old creoste hinder its penetration?

    TV wall mount query

    Ilm not very up on tvs but the hanging it on a plasterborad wall sounds a bit of a concern. mainly the strength of the wall to hold such a weight by the screws.
