Yes, l was thinking of putting something over the glass first. I thought of cladding but the missus doesn't want that. We want a clean white ceiling so will be plasterboarding

Was you ever concerned about the extra weight on the roof? As l say, mine is glazed so l'm a little bit concerned.

Just out of curiosity, when you you paint the floor and how has it lasted? I also was looking at a hard wearing floor paint from Wickes. Will definitely be painted, as that is the look l'd prefer. The epoxy seems a good option though. Thanks for your reply.

When installing dpm ready for pouring concrete, is it normal procedure to wrap it up over the dpc level brickwork and let it sit down into the cavity and then bed the dpc membrane straight on top of it it onto mortar as normal to continue block work?
