Do NICEIC not require you to issue certs for bonding?

So when you install the RCD unit do you run two 2.5mm from MCB in CU into RCD Unit then Ring from there?

When you install main or equipotential bonding, you fill in a MWC right? But wher do you put your reading to prove continuity? Surely just ticking earth continuity is not acceptable

is it ok to run tw&e in conduit in a garage to power sockets and lighting, but when the conduit reaches the ceiling joist just clipp it direct to the joists? Would this be ok to NIC standards?

NIC Bloke reconds that proving on known live source is not good enough, a proving unit or self proving indicator is needed! Bit over the top if you ask me

If someone had just moved into a property which had been repossessed and the CU had been smashed of the wall, leaving a dangerous situation of exposed live cables, would it be notifiable work to replace the CU seems its damaged and dangerous?

Why would it need to be earthed if it can be clearly seen? TW&E is not earthed if clipped direct
