    burying pipes in copper floor

I once removed a gas pipe that passed through a damp brick wall unsleaved. When it was removed it was like a teabag so your post I'm afraid is garbage.

    Gas pipes in concrete

Before burying a copper gas pipe in concrete my first choice would be a roll of factory sheathed copper, second would be pipe wrapped in denso tape. Wrapped in yellow gas tape? :?

Four Double Sockets on a 10A Radial.

Room will be a tv/xbox room for the kids, in the future when they've outgrown it then it will become a spare bedroom so no real increase in load. The only reason I didn't just extend the ring was the fact I had to put cables behind the insulation. Was just unsure on the regs & if LABC may...

Four Double Sockets on a 10A Radial.

Any issues with this? Having done a quick google have read some say minimum MCB size for sockets on a radial should be 20A (some disagree). This is for a garage conversion into a kids play room. Total circuit is 22M of 2.5 T&E. Two sockets will be in an external wall and cables will run...

    Floor insulation

It's a heated space above and the external wall is already looking like 70mm kingspan (89mm posts) then 40mm kingspan k18 or a multi layer foil with battens. Either way this brings finished wall surface almost to the window opening so not keen on adding any extra there either.

    Floor insulation

Looking for the best performance for minimum thickness. I'm looking to convert my garage into a habitable space. The floor in the garage is 85mm lower than in the house. Really struggling to find a solution that will avoid having to dig up the floor. Target u value for building regs is...

    Cables in an insulated stud

They most certainly are. Once the sheet of plasterboard is back on there is a partition going up along the line of the steel beam so they will be less than 150 from the ceiling and corner of the room.

    Cables in an insulated stud

Is this ok to avoid having to derate the cables?
