    I've just changed my kitchen taps and when I turned the water back on there is no hot or cold water coming out. There is 2 cylinders. 1 feeds kitchen and en suite - hot and cold working. 1 cylinder feeds new bathroom in extension - no hot OR cold water from these. Help!!

    it's coming up to the "warmer" months and I've had a problem with my boiler for a couple of years and never got round to sorting it out. in the winter when the central heating AND hot water are on at the same time both work fine. It's when all I need is hot water without the heating the boiler...

    ***PROBLEM FIXED*** I attached the outside hose to the outlet of the shower, opened the cold on the shower and forced the airlock back into the CWSC via the force of the water from the hose. Thanks for all your help. :P

    I'm certain it's an airlock but how do i get rid of it? I've had an airlock on the bath taps before and cured that by covering the outlet and turning the hot and cold taps on and forcing the hot water up the cold but I can't do that with the shower?

    10mm was feeding the existing radiator (this rad never really got that hot either) and the new run was just the other side of a wall approx 2m then another 2-3m to the next rad

    what do you mean by piped? One other point is the boiler is showing a problem with the 3 way valve being stuck in CH mode - would this cause a problem?
