But it seems to thick, there was no way I could get it all on the tiles and wipe it down before it starts going off in the bucket should it be a bit thinner?     we have hardwood windows, but a number of the double glazed units are fogged and a couple of the casements need replacing as the previous owner had let ivy grow up. I can get replacement casements made, and can get new glass units made. But are we better of replacing with UPVC? Thanks

    we have a conservatory that is on its way out, can I convert this to. More solid affair under permitted development? I was thinking of removing the glass walls. And stud walling with insulation, tyvex etc... and fitting a proper roof with either roof lights or a lantern. Can I do this?

    Hi thanks for the advice when you say a bed of silicon, does that mean a tube of it piped over the base? My drain has screw fixings, I was going to fit this via a flexabile fitting with a solvent fit on one end. Thanks for your help.
