Hi, I’m going to lay some concrete edging (915mm x 150mm x50mm ) in the next few days. I’ve seen a few videos where the concrete is quite dry under the concrete edging blocks and then wetter for the haunching. Is this what I should be aiming for? Many thanks, Ed

Just a quick update. I used a hammer and bolster to cut a few blocks yesterday and all went well. Taking a little longer than I first thought but I haven't broken one yet. I will need a grinder for some though as I need to cut a notch section (see below):
