Can anyone help with a fault with this boiler. The boiler runs along ok and then gets to a stage where the Ignition indicator (two triangles on top of each other) stays on. The boiler will not fire up again unless it is reset. Has anybody got any ideas what could cause this lock out.

If you had the fault before you changed the room stat I would definetly be questioning the mid position valve. Honeywell valves are known for letting bypass

I have a back boiler system with pumped central heating and gravity hot water. Radiators are heating up on hot water only. I have replaced anti gravity valve with single check valve but still same problem. Any suggestions from the experts?? What is a double check valve?? can that be used ?
