Whats the procedure for replacing floorboards attacked with woodworm. Joists seem sound. just wondering how many boards near the infection should be removed and what (and where) do i treat the existing floor with.
Thanks in advance as any help would be appreciated.

how bad are the boards?if they fall apart when you lift them then yes they need changing but if there all structurally sound then just spray/treat them as you do the joists.

Boards are gone (fell through them) About three boards infected.

well in that case i think you need to check out carefully the rest in that area, then renew, make sure you treat them before fixing.
