I want to replace the single glazing in a house with seal units that will fit in the same frame. Can I do this without being a Fensa member? Can I just do it then get a BCO to sign it off? Or can I just do it as I'm not actually changing the window? Thanks for any info.

i've discovered a pair of service valves in my central heating pipework. Its all 15mm and they don't look like full bore valves. Do they restrict the flow and Should I change them for full bore ones? Thanks to anyone who can advise.

I need to replace some 100 year old windows with double glazed units that look similar. The old windows are leaded in metal frames set in stone mullions. Has anyone had experience with the damp proof system calling itself Dutch and Green System? They basically seem to fit air bricks to improve air flow from the wall.
