how shallow an angle on pantile roof?

Can someone please tell me what the least angle of slope I can have on a lean to roof with clay double or tripple roman pantiles?

Marley (concrete interlocking) double roman tiles will go down to 22.5 degrees at 100mm head-lap.
They only recommend the smooth (texture) ones and not granular, for this purpose.
