That's right. There are 9 small rads and 6 larger rads and a 24 kw boiler. The boiler recently started a cycle again and got from 20.8C to 21.2C in 30 mins, much quicker than yesterday after adjusting the boiler dial, although still not on max.

What happens at the moment is, in the morning the house is heated from approx 18C to 21C in about 4 hours. At 21.2C the boiler switches off. The house temp then reduces to 20.8 in approx 2.5 hours, then the boiler switches on again and the cycle repeats if I want it to.This is with the boiler...

Attached are images of an old mirror, possibly Victorian/Edwardian. The outer border of the mirror is covered in a black finish but there are areas of the finish that need retouching. I'm unsure what paint etc would match the old application. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am having a smart thermostat fitted to replace a wired thermostat and the set up requires a boiler adapter to be connected to the boiler so the CH only can be utilised remotely. Would it be possible to connect the boiler adapter to the 'wiring centre' in the airing cupboard so that the boiler...

Out of interest, when the programmer switches on the CH, do the boiler, pump and valve activate simultaneously or does the boiler fire up first. The Honeywell valve always lights up even when nothing else does.
