    Workshop electrics

I have had an electric shower taken out and the 10mm wire is coiled in the attic turned off at the fuse board. Can i run this into my workshop that i have built next to the house and use it for my lights and sockets ? I have bought a garage consumer unit which looks easy enough to wire up.

I have been told that i should not silicone and seal the inside of my shower enclosure - only the outside. Is this correct as it seems bonkers to me and they can offer no valid reason why. ???

    Undercupboard Lighting

I have just bought 2 under cupboard strip lights. They are both meant to be plugged in as they obviously have plugs. roof nightmare

I checked this out yesterday, the house was sold as a 2 bedroom house and the attic was not recognized as a bedroom or a conversion. No mention was made of the roof which was suprising as i found a few faults up there. they had put the velux windows in and never replaced the tiles up to butt...
