Are you putting belt on longest run first? Sure sprockets havent moved? Should be more than enough slack if you back off tensioner fully.Check belt first properly make sure its exactly the same size and count the teeth.

Sorry for delay in replying comp froze up.Ok when aol is connected it takes up 51% of cpu.Only other large user is svchost.exe taking 15k.

I dont think cookers should be plugged in to ordinary sockets,they are usually connected to specially designed cooker outlet (heavy duty)usually on wall. ,

Had electrician look at it today poor connection on back of socket outlet,he put new outlet on all ok.
