    Roof leak fibreglass/lead

Hello, I have a slight leak the source of which I believe to be where the fibreglass (?) roof meets the lead. If you look at the attached photo you can see the edge looks rough. I was hoping for some advice on how best to seal this and what to use? Thanks in advance, H

    Water leak onto fascia boards

I've recently noticed that the fascia boards are damp/wet in several places. Ceiling insulations options

Hello, I've recently had an (internal) garage conversion. There was no insulation put in the ceiling - not required apparently as there are habitable rooms above. This in hindsight was a massive error as winter is here and the room is frigging freezing. I was wondering if there are any...

Underlay Engineered Wood Floor in Garage Conversion

I am in the process of getting my garage converted. The floor will have have a DPM, 100mm insulation and then chipboard on top. I am intending to lay an engineered wood floor over the top. Block paving recommendation?

I am looking to get my driveway replaced and from what I've read I will need to either use permeable block paving, or direct surface water to a permeable or porous surface in front of the home. Due to the relative shortness of my drive I don't think directing the water away is possible. I...
