    Will two sheets do?

I am replacing the chipboard in the bathroom with 3/4 marine ply. The sheets measure 1200mmx 2440mm, the bathroom is 3180 x 1820 mm, I'm thinking 3 sheets, two fitted whole and the other to fill the spaces?

Hi, hopefully a plumber or someone who knows what they are talking about can answer this. I'm redoing the bathroom in new year, and need to redo pipe work as it's currently a foot off the floor. The way they are set out I'm not sure is correct, so I will explain it and you can tell me. As...

Length of bath waste to size?

Hi, I'm reading on places on the net that if the bath waste to soil distance is more than 2m to use 50mm pipe. Is this a straight line, or the total distance from trap to soil?

The bottom one looks good. Will it accommodate the 1 1/4 waste and 2 15mm water pipes? And where will I get it from?

    Access box with lid?

I want to run some speed fit pipe under the floor in the cloak room toilet, which has a concrete floor. The specs say it should be in a access box with lid, which will be hidden under the floor I lay when finished, but where do I get it from, I'm looking everywhere but can't see it?

    moving soil stack

It is an outside wall, yes. What is your thinking here? Bensparks, ill measure up that idea. The patch is where there was a concreat block under old pan but new one can go anywhere, so putting it against that outside was and in casing that pipe in the new build is an option.

    moving soil stack

Hi, i have a downstairs toilet and have removed it all as it was leaking from the waste pipe and the pan was broke at the bottom. I want to replace it with a modern type closed type toilet, but as you can see from the pics my soil stack is to the side, and quite far forward. I have looked down...

Warm air heating, asbestos wall or something else?

House 1979 build, think the boiler was put in when built. The board is sitting on a wood frame, with the board on it between the boiler and the plasterboard wall. Have. Feeling that the false wall around it was added later, as my neighbour has same unit and it is just free standing in the open...

There is a plastic cap on the top, with small holes I thought were vents? Do you think it could be another reason for the smell then?

The downstairs, think is an add on later. The soil stack vents in to the room the toilet is located, next to the pan. After a use! The...
