    Got a pressure relief dripping on an internal bubble hot water cylinder. To recharge the bubble it's close the cold fill to cylinder. Open a hot tap and run till it stops and open pressure relief and refill?

    These two immersions have no power going to them, I was going to look at changing the fuse first then the possibly the stat I no it's not a great set up but it's a temporary measure until the house gets converted to a combi boiler.

    Have a couple of rusty rads to swap on a system. Like for like same side. Would you swap the valves and drain down. Or leave the valves so don't have to drain down?

    Haven't fit a toilet with a flapper valve for a flush before. Do they come with a spring onion the handle that keeps the flapper open?

    Sulphuric acid

    I have a kitchen sink waste that is blocked after the trap somewhere under the floor the waste is inaccessible. Is sulphuric acid the best drain cleaner for this. The pipe is all plastic that I can see. I think I spoke to someone who said there was two grads of it? Thanks

    95x95 light switchs

    Is 95mm x 95mm not a standard size for a light switch just looking most appear to be 85x85. Also I'm after this size in a dimmer but most say that there 2 way switches. There is only one switch to turn the light on and off so I need I'm correct in saying I need a one way switch? Thank

    I haven't been to the boiler yet. But in correct in saying E1 is a low pressure fault. Do the pressure sensors ever block up on these often? Also does anyone no what the main HEX is made of on the boilers?
