I think the bell box was paired as a "Bell" and it needed to be paired as a "Radio Bell"......or something like that, if it makes sense. the guys were good and sorted it staright away...

Yes mate it did...all detectors and contacts are working and the panel sets and unsets and goes into alarm......its just the bell box that doesnt sound ....but the tamper on the bell box works..? Think Ineed someone who knows the kit to look at it...

Buy cheap..?...thought this was quite a good and higher end system..??

Done that..it has paired up nicely and has a strong signal strength when installed on wall....tamper works on it so I know its reporting back to the panel...just cant get it to alarm when it should..!!

Whatever a call out is....not fussed mate, just want it working....
